Fees are subject to change and may increase on an annual basis.

Medicare Rebates

Holders of a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) are eligible to receive a Medicare Rebate of $93.35/session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Private Health Insurance

Depending on level of cover, some or all of the session cost may be claimed on private health insurance. Please note that payment for consultation will be required upfront. An invoice will then be provided. You can use this invoice to claim your entitlement directly through your insurance provider. 

Rebates

Cancellation Policy

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 24 hours notice (one business day) is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment without incurring fees. For any appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (one business day), a $150.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If you fail to attend your appointment without providing any prior notice, your usual fee will be charged. Please note that any cancellation or missed appointment fees are not claimable via Medicare or private insurance providers. 

Please note for Monday appointments, notice to reschedule or cancel is required on the preceding Friday to avoid any fees or charges. For example, if an appointment is at 1pm on Monday, notice to cancel/reschedule is required prior to 1pm on the preceding Friday. 
Please note also that public holidays are not considered business days.

Where any rescheduling/cancellation fees apply, payment is required within 24 hours of the rescheduled/cancelled appointment or fees will be withdrawn from the debit/credit card you have registered on file. Any outstanding fees need to be paid prior to booking any further appointments. 

When you book your appointment, the full 50 minute timeslot is reserved just for you. Should you need to change your schedule, this policy allows enough time to offer the timeslot to another person.
